Post formed Board Bonded with HPL (High Pressured Laminates):
  We are using the wide variety of colors meet the demand to satisfy the inspiration of our customers with high quality which are imported from esteemed European forming process with various thicknesses I.E. (0.8mm - 1mm ),consumed HPL ready-finish man made veneers of high density and has the resistance to stain, heat, impact, and abrasion. They are also given to the market with different finishes which make them more good-looking and maintain their flexibility and strength as well.

POST FORMING :
  It is called coating or covering of the various boards such as chipboard, MDF, or any other boards with HPL, CPL, sheets with highest technology machineries in two methods:
   -          Stationary lines
   -          Continuous lines

  We are equipped with high technology European machineries and are able to produce nearby 250,000 pcs post formed products annually.

Above both methods are used in our factory specially concentrated on MDF post forming method and are routed, shaped with high speed tenoners machines in variety of models.

HPL, CPL:
  Are used to cover panels and boards to give them decor, beauty and to being used in various sections like kitchen, interior panels, office designs. They are categorized in below kinds: Uni-colors, wood grain, fantasy, deco metal.

MDF PROFILE WRAPPING :
  We are also equipped with high technology lines of wrapping which are used to wrap MDF based profile with PVC, veneer (natural wood foils), finish foils, etc…..
This technology is common and is very popular to attract customers to place huge orders because of variety of models, colors and beauty.
Process is started to mould MDF with moulding machines and wrapped with special European wrapping machines using PVC ,0.2mm of thickness and /or foils, veneer as mentioned in above.

MEMBRANE PANELS :
  One of best and modernist systems is membrane panels which are produced with CNC automatic machine using cad/cam software for designing.
Machine is routing surface of the boards in various kind of models based on relevant software which will command to arms of machine (actuators) to create beauty.
After finishing routing process, all boards are cleaned and sprayed with special pure glue in special chamber, aftermath boards are laid down on trays of membrane vacuum presses with controlled temperature and pressure to force PVC foil, (0.4mm of thickness) to cover and bond PVC to the surface of panels in specific time.
In the end, boards will be trimmed and packed to be distributed to the market.

SEAL WALL EXTRUSION LINES :
  Derakhte sabz are equipped with extrusion lines to produce kitchen seal wall in various models and colors, we are consuming best raw materials from Germany and our moulds are designed in Europe to meet satisfaction of our clients and complied with updated demand of present market.

ACCESSORIES :
  Derakhte sabz distributing section is also active to import raw materials to distribute and supply to wood market such as
Edge banders,
MFC,
Melamine faced mdf,  
Harness and /or any other wooden raw material or semi- products to be used in this field.
